1. Who we are

This website promotes the property at 7 Thimbleberry St, Brampton, ON L7A 3L3 (MLS® W14130880). It is operated by Get Home Realty Inc., Brokerage ("Get Home Realty", "we", "us") and its salesperson Girish Tahilani, REALTOR®.

We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and our obligations as a brokerage registered under Ontario's Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 (TRESA).

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the "Request a showing" form we collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred showing date and time, and any message you write. When you call, text or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the visit. This is used to deliver and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics profiles on this website.

Please do not send sensitive information (such as financial, banking or government ID details) through the form.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange or confirm a showing of the property.
• To answer questions about this property, the neighbourhood and the buying process.
• To follow up about this property, or, only if you agree, about similar properties and real estate services.
• To keep records required by law and by RECO (the Real Estate Council of Ontario), and to protect the security of the site and the property.

We will not use your information for unrelated purposes without your consent. Any marketing email or text we send will follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and include a way to unsubscribe.

4. When we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• with the seller of the property or their representatives where needed to schedule and conduct a showing;
• with service providers who help us run this website and communicate with you (see section 5), under appropriate safeguards;
• within Get Home Realty Inc., Brokerage, for supervision and record-keeping; and
• where required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a regulator, court order or legal process.

5. Third-party services

This site relies on a few outside services. Some of them process data outside Canada, mainly in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

• Netlify hosts the website and receives and stores showing-request form submissions.
• Google Maps displays the embedded map. Google may collect data when the map loads; see Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts, cdnjs (Cloudflare) and unpkg deliver fonts and animation scripts. Your browser connects to them to load these files.
• Links to social media, directions and gethomerealty.ca take you to other sites with their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies

This website does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded services such as Google Maps may set their own cookies, which you can control or block in your browser settings.

7. Retention and security

We keep showing requests and related correspondence for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet RECO record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable physical, organizational and technical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, withdraw your consent to further contact, or ask us to delete your information, subject to legal and regulatory requirements. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
